Pandora is a jewelry store headquartered in Denmark that features pieces revolving around special moments in a woman’s life. We began working with Pandora a few years ago, after they rapidly expanded
into the US market. Since each location was individually owned and operated, we saw the need to create a defined North American Brand Standards manual.
We began translating standards from miscellaneous drawings, details and European specifications – and helped develop the design and construction processes that are still being used today. As the Corporate Architect for Pandora North America, we now provide all the schematic and design drawings for every store. We also take care of the signature locations, including flagship stores and hot-spot locations.
We have successfully helped to open over 250 Pandora stores to date. It is our priority to remain on schedule and on budget, even with the large variety of individual owners in multiple states and countries. This helps Pandora maintain brand consistency across the chain.
In fact, Pandora corporate has begun using the standards we implemented in the North America market as the company's global model.
We also helped Pandora evolve their brand to address changes in customer demands and behaviors through an initiative called Project Offense. This combined effort between design, marketing, merchandising, owners and operators prevented the brand from becoming outdated. Based on customer research and insight, we were able to analyze the store set-up and change the display structure to improve the way that customers shop the products.
