We served as a full time, onsite representative of the NASCAR complex primary architect, Pei Cobb Freed & Partners, as well as the architect of record for the 50,000 sf Hall of Fame exhibit. The overall complex included a 130,000 sf state-of-the-art entertainment attraction museum and Hall of Fame. It also encompassed a 102,000 sf expansion to the convention center, including a new ballroom. Finally, the adjacent NASCAR plaza office tower was a 12 story class A office building with a parking garage that held over 1,000 vehicles.
Greg Coolidge managed this project while under the employ of Tobin Starr + Partners and the direction of David Tobin.
