Zoës Kitchen, a successful chain of healthy Mediterranean quick-serve restaurants, turned to us for help early on in the life of their brand. Timing was of the essence, and we quickly improved standard construction documents and streamlined their development process.
We orchestrated an engineering initiative that saved thousands of dollars per store, developed a prototype design, coordinated their franchise development program, and helped maintain brand and quality standards. An initial location for the prototype, the first ground-up for Zoës, was created in Atlanta, and the results exceeded expectations.
As the corporate architect, we currently have a hand in the design development for every store, including the franchised locations, ensuring consistency across the country.
