Steve presented in the International Restaurant and Foodservice Show of New York on March 6, 2016! He was moderating a panel of experts in the restaurant industry, including team members from Zoёs Kitchen, Tropical Smoothie and The Cowfish. They spoke about their experiences with restaurant management and design, and shared expertise on how to resonate with millennials.
